Returns & Refunds Policy
To exchange/return any damaged/faulty item ordered online via this website, please notify us via info@susannahskitchen.uk and include the following;

An explanation of the damage/fault

Up to 3 photographs of the damage/fault

State whether you prefer a Refund or a Replacement
EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY TERMS & CONDITIONS

We are happy to exchange or refund any damaged item upon presentation of a valid invoice/receipt and proof of damage

Goods must be returned within 30 days of purchase or receipt (whichever is the later) and be in their original packaging

We will refund to your original payment method once the damaged/faulty item has been returned, received, inspected and verified as damaged/faulty

Return shipping is at your own cost
IMPORT TAX POLICY TERMS & CONDITIONS
Some (not all) non-UK countries may charge an Import Tax on your order and will email you to request payment of such tax before they can deliver your order. Please check your email junk folder regularly. So far, we have only heard of Import Tax being demanded from deliveries to Portugal & Netherlands. Any Import tax imposed by your country is payable by you and is not our liability. Your country's Customs Authority will return your order to us if you do not pay their Import Tax by their deadline date. If your order is returned to us in resalable condition we can refund the cost of your order, but NOT your delivery charge. If any of your returned items are not resalable, the cost of these will not be refunded.
