BLOG - JUNE 2024

I couldn't start this month's blog without thanking everyone for their pre-orders for my new Cook Book - 99 Ninja Foodi Recipes. The order has been placed with the printers and as I am writing this, they are printing them. Delivery is due very soon! Not long now until I'll be signing every copy and I will feel like my hand is going to fall off!

We will be shipping your books out in purchase date order. So if you were one of the early buyers in late May, you will receive yours first. We tested posting our sample book to my parents' address to make sure that it didn't get damaged in any way and I'm happy to say that it arrived without any issues.

Bluestone National Park

We had a great weekend away in Wales celebrating my son's 15th birthday. It was a total suprise for him and we got him a personalised scratch card to reveal what his present was. We did lots of activities like kayaking, swimming, bowling, sky wires and my favourite - Laser Tag in the woods.

I can't believe i even mentioned this in June but.... Christmas! I have been thinking about creating a Christmas Cook Book filled with festive recipes all created in the Ninja Foodi. The response on my social media poll has been great so it looks like I had better get working on this asap! You can register for early information on my Xmas recipe book HERE

I'm still working on a mixture of recipes and I often take requests then do my best to create the best version I can for you. A few recipes on my list to make are: Cinnamon Buns, Beer Battered Onion Rings, Crispy Chilli Chicken and of course behind the scenes we'll be eating lots of Christmas food in July and August!!

I'm really proud of the website we have managed to create ourselves (I say we, but really the credit needs to go to my husband Michael). We now have all my recommended Accessories on here so that we can keep this up to date rather than having individual links on each YouTube video. Please use the Forum discussions to get help, guidance or to share your experience or recipes. The Printable Recipes page is growing with over 60 recipes to choose from and more will be added each week with a mixture of brand new recipes and older classics.

It's been lovely to gain so many SK Subscribers on the website which makes all the hard work worthwhile and the testimonials page is filling up as I have had so many wonderful comments this month.

I hope you love the new book and create lots of the recipes. Don't forget to tag me in on social media and show off your creations, or post them in the forum section on here. I would love to see as many as possible. Also, I would appreciate it if you could post a review on our website once you've received your book. We'll be sending you a link to be able to do this easily.

I have a manic July approaching but I love to be busy, so no complaints from me. We will be having a conveyor belt system of signing, packaging and labelling the books and will get these out to you as soon as possible during July. It will be all hands on deck, fuelled by mince pies and sausage rolls, ha ha!!
